Florida Fresh Cleaning understands the needs of each situation may be different. We have put together a few packages based on experience. We also offer many additional services.

These cleanings can be performed on an as-needed basis or part of a routine schedule!

This can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly routines. We also offer post-remodel cleanings and holiday/party clean ups to mention a few. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, please give us a call or send a text.

** All packages include cleaning supplies, but if you would prefer a specific brand or product, please leave these on site.

Basic Package

  • General dusting
  • Hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Vacuuming rugs and carpets
  • Cabinets & drawers (exterior only)
  • Countertops
  • Sinks
  • Microwave (in & out)
  • Stove Top
  • Fridge: exterior and top (if there’s any space between its top and cabinets)
  • Dishwasher (exterior only)
  • Mirror/medicine cabinet (exterior)
  • Reachable shower walls
  • Light cleaning Bathtub/shower
  • Toilets
  • Empty trash

The Gold Standard Package (Our most popular)

Includes everything from Basic+

  • Vacuuming floor coverings (Throw rugs, carpets)
  • Hand wipe baseboards
  • Windows (interior glass)
  • Dust blinds
  • Dust ceiling corners
  • Clean ceiling fan
  • Clean sliding glass door
  • Clean all mirrors.
  • Vacuum HVAC vent covers
  • Dust light fixtures and disinfect switches.
  • Oven interior
  • Clean and disinfect tubs and showers remove hard water spots.
  • Clean/disinfect/polish sinks and faucet.
  • Wipe down outside of washer/dryer

Platinum Package

Includes everything from The Gold Standard++

  • Cabinet and drawer interiors (empty)
  • Window glass, screens, tracks and frames
  • Tall and hard-to-reach areas and ceilings
  • Balconies
  • Black scuff marks on walls or floors
  • Dishes
  • Fridge: interior clean and organize
  • Underneath furniture (where possible)
  • Wipe down walls
  • Clean Railings/Banisters
  • Change Linens
